For importing email addresses:

You can Import you’re excel .CSV in cPanel by using following steps:
Step -1:
Login to your cPanel (Web Hosting conrtol panel)
Step-2:
Click on address importer under email section
Step-3:
If you need help creating your spreadsheet file, click the link in the blue alert box.
Step-4:
Select what kind of spreadsheet you need to import, select email accounts.
Step-5:
Click choose file to upload the spreadsheet file from your computer.
Step-6:
Select your delimiter and header preference. (we used commas in a .csv file. Make sure to leave the box checked for "Treat first row as column headers"

Step-7:
Make sure your content imported is correctly and click next.
